Toolbars not working properly on MT4 build 625+

ISSUE
A floating chart does not display the toolbars correctly. The "charts" toolbar (the toolbar with the bar, candle, line, zoom in/zoom out, chart shift, etc.) is the affected toolbar. This toolbar has taken on the appearance of the periodicity toolbar, but still functions as the charts toolbar.
CAUSE
It appears that this problem began with MetaTrader 4 build 625. MT4 Floating Charts cannot find the image list for the "charts" toolbar.
RESOLUTION
Update MT4 Floating Charts to version 2.3.303+ OR use the Minimal Mode OR disable the "Charts" toolbar.
